What Sortaring is

Sortaring is a puzzle game about sorting colored rings onto pegs. There are 300 levels across 15 painted worlds, a Daily Challenge, a relaxed Zen mode and timed challenges. Everything is played alone; there’s nothing to share and no one to talk to.

Content rating: [IARC rating from the Play Console questionnaire].

Ads

Sortaring is free, and ads pay for it. They come from Google AdMob, set up for a children’s audience: [confirm: child-directed treatment on, maximum ad rating G, non-personalized ads only].

How often: [confirm the ad formats and frequency in the launch build].

In-app purchases

Coins are earned by playing — clearing levels, solving the Daily Challenge, finishing a world and collecting daily gifts — and they buy everything in the shop: new rings, stumps, backgrounds and celebrations. Optional in-app purchases are also offered: [confirm what real-money purchases offer].

All purchases go through Google Play. To make sure nothing is bought without you, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Purchase verification, and choose to require verification for all purchases. Google’s purchase verification help has the details, and Google Family Link lets you approve what your child downloads and buys.

Privacy, in short

Your child’s progress, coins and settings are saved on the device, and we don’t receive them. There’s no account to create and nothing to sign in to. Android’s own device backup, which you control in the phone’s settings, may keep a copy in your Google account.

The ad service collects some technical information to show ads, as explained in our privacy policy.

Healthy play

Classic levels have no timer and can’t be failed: you can always restart a level for free, or come back to it later. Zen mode has no move counter and no stars at all.

Daily gifts reward playing on back-to-back days. Miss a day and the gifts simply start again from day one — nothing already earned is lost.
